Meridale Vaught Baggett, MD
I am an inpatient teaching attending, working with residents on the general medicine wards. I am the Associate Program Director for Resident Well-Being for the Internal Medicine Residency and have been coaching residents for several years. I believe coaching is a powerful tool in helping physicians define and reach their own personal goals, find balance among the many important roles in their lives, and reclaim joy in their practice of medicine. I live in Arlington with my husband and two elementary aged kids, and enjoy walks in nature, finding beauty in the ordinary, and making my kids laugh.
