I am a palliative care physician with a commitment to helping colleagues design and maintain sustainable careers that align with their values. My deep investment in this comes from personal experience in my own journey to rediscover my joy in medicine. I have seen first-hand how coaching can be an incredibly powerful tool to do this and help us truly thrive. From my personal experience, I have a particular interest in helping early career physicians and those newer to the institution.
